Listen to three takeaways from the discussion rounds!
I am a multiply skilled person with focus in internal communications. I have extensive experience in travel management with strong language skills and a broad understanding of different cultures. I work in a self-directed manner and I am a strong believer in networking and lifelong learning. I want to foster cross-organizational collaboration and trust that an employee-centric culture benefits business regardless of line of work.
I’m a communicator with over 10 years of experience working alongside leadership to bring strategies to life and build a culture where everyone feels included and valued. Throughout my career, I’ve led 100+ PR projects, organized 30+ international events across Denmark, Ukraine, Germany, and Poland, and launched initiatives that connect teams across borders. Outside of work, I’m President of Frederiksberg Toastmasters, where I help others build confidence and find their voice in public speaking.
A communications, culture and engagement specialist with over a decade
of experience in creating and delivering complex and challenging
communications projects for global organisations. Emphasis on building
strong cultures through partnering relationships, driving effective
leadership and crisis messaging, gathering insight and delivering
successful channel strategies and communications plans. While shaping
accessible and inspiring narratives to support transformational
activities and fostering a strong internal culture, key focus is on
the connection with global audiences and company values to ensure
communications are culturally relevant and inclusive.
I have spent the last 12+ years working to create excellent digital user experiences across internal and external channels, mostly focused on content and always within the tech sector for companies like Samsung, Ericsson and more through agencies. By now, I am fluent in translating engineer speak and turning it into content that delights the audience and make them want to know more. I have recently joined Sandvik to further develop their digital channels, so I am putting my experience to good use by tackling the larger frameworks that enable good communication and excellent digital experiences, starting with the intranet and the entire internal digital landscape. While there are many interesting aspects to discuss, I have decided to focus on smart governance during the World Café on day 2, as this is an area that is so essential for a successful intranet, especially in larger companies, but is also an area that tends to be neglected. Bring your pain points or good ideas, and let’s talk.
I'm a dynamic, results-driven project, change and communications specialist with over two-decades of experience in diverse public and private sector roles – 15 years at the international level with the United Nations and several years in the not-for-profit sector. As an experienced stakeholder manager, advisor, and team leader, I’m committed to implementing user-centred solutions and humanising technology based on strong UX design expertise. I have wide-ranging experience in delivering global digital transformation projects that strengthen internal and external communications, foster engagement and collaboration, facilitate knowledge sharing and transform how organisations operate (e.g. SharePoint Online, MS 0365 Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Drupal, etc.). I’m passionate about empowering others, fostering collaboration and creativity to deliver shared outcomes and common goods. I possess strong coordination, advisory and analytical skills and have a proven track record delivering global strategies and projects within multi-disciplinary teams. I have a talent for making the complex simple – whether compelling advocacy materials to inspire donors around humanitarian needs or synthesising and visualising technical information and data to facilitate learning, capacity development and adoption.
