For more than six years I have been successfully managing the international groupwide digitalization programe in our company. I see digitalization as an opportunity to make everyday work for our employee and collaboration easier. We are introducing group-wide demanding tools, prepare employees to be ready to use it with learning opportunities and use internal networks as multipliers.
Since two years I have been the Business Owner of our Intranet and Social Network. My team and I need to focus on the intranet strategy, enhance user experience, secure user support, communicate changes on the platform and measure impact of communication and networking. In addition, there are many other upcoming tasks from day-to-day business which I can’t even list.
My personal vision: Lead with trust and empathy.
