This session is about reaching and involving production workers.

We ran a pilot in two production sites to support them in their daily work. This case study focused on leveraging Microsoft Teams in mobile devices to improve manager’s communication and communication between the workers. The goal was to pilot the implementation, create effective promotion materials, and ensure efficient communication. During the pilot, the scope increased.
