I have been working with the above in Novozymes since 1999, starting in the Quality Management area, later moving to the Business IT architecture dept. Now I work as the R&D IT Manager, connecting R&D and IT and helping R&D utilizing the knowledge tools that are available in the best possible way.

I have initiated creating a Search Center of Excellence team, now consisting of me and 3 colleagues. Scope is to increase findability throughout the company.
