Oversee an extremely talented team providing a broad array of contributions, including content creation, editing, usability, measurement and platform support. Provide leadership for Deltanet, Delta's enterprise-wide intranet and Delta's News Hub, serving a worldwide media audience.
COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORMS: Responsible for Delta's award-winning intranet, and the delivery of world-class communication experiences to Delta’s 260K employees, contractors and retirees. Manage Delta's News Hub, a comprehensive content delivery platform targeted to media.
ANALYTICS AND REPORTING: Provide the strategy, and manage the team who handles measurement, analytics and reporting for Delta's Corporate Communications systems. Delta's intranet is the recipient of the Nielsen-Norman "2018 Top Ten Intranets in the World" award.
PLATFORM GROWTH STRATEGIES: Establish strategy and priorities for matrix Information Technology (IT) support organization; directly manage the team responsible for the design, layout, business writing, search engine optimization (SEO) and content management for Delta’s intranet.
CONTENT AND USABILITY: Develop promotions, product launches and work with various business units to deliver communications supporting consistent corporate messaging and brand goals.
