I am a dedicated #Disabled DEI professional with nearly 20 years of experience in data analysis, social/racial justice, LGBTQ+ activism, and accessibility/disability inclusion strategy and execution.

I have been honored to serve as an accessibility and DEI consultant for several organizations across the globe, and to have served as a member of the Disability Team for Walt Disney Parks Experiences and Products. Today- I have the thrill of supporting DEI as a Program Manager for Alaska Airlines, and I lead the industry’s first Disability Inclusion Office.

You’re probably thinking… hold on… airlines aren’t accessible. Yep. Correct. But we’re going to change that. There is SO MUCH work to do- it keeps me very busy- but I can’t wait for you to see how this industry is about to radically change for good!
