I’m curious about New Ways of Working characterised by high level of self-management, flexibility, meaning and connectivity - and I'm truly inspired by Laloux’s Teal organisations and Amy Edmondson’s concept and research of psychological safety. I have solid experience within communication, change, leadership and organisational development with a strong foundation of business understanding, change management and people perspective. I consider good communication as the main enabler for strong relations impacting people motivation, good collaboration, trust and hence business performance in general.
