I am passionate about creating change that facilitates the daily work and creates value for people in the organization. It can be about a function or new, smarter ways of working. I have worked with internal communication both in municipalities, in the private sector and as a consultant. My focus has been intranets and digital workplaces. The rapid digital change journey in a company is exciting, as new opportunities are opening constantly and the challenge is how we to get people on board.
