Business and communication graduate, experienced doer, builder, and leader. I’ve designed, built, and implemented internal communication and change management setups and teams, mainly in technology-driven organizations. I’ve scaled communications, support and advisory setups for organizations from 300 to 4,000 people, and I’ve recently jumped from the corporate world to a tech-driven scale-up to do it all again.

After a decade in the corporate world, I am absolutely thrilled to work in a tech scale-up, where I am surrounded by a humbling amount of talent in an organization constantly looking to experiment and learn. The core of Veo is using technology to advance, and I feel like I’ve entered a playground of how I can advance how we work with internal communications.

We’re democratizing the world of sports by offering an advanced analytics platform allowing coaches and players to analyze their games, share the best highlights, and take their game to the highest level, all powered by AI - a privilege that used to be only for the few. Veo is used by more than 30,000 clubs in over 100 countries. We have passed 1.4 million recorded matches and have over a million recurring users. The newest camera version launched in May 2022 was the world’s first AI-powered camera with live-streaming capabilities. Veo’s software and hardware is developed, designed, and built in Veo's headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Veo has offices in Copenhagen, Miami, and London and employs 300 people of 40 nationalities.
