I am passionate about creating smart, ambidextrous organisations. To support that I have a Masters in KM and looking to start my Phd next year.

I have experience in many areas of KM, from creating and implementing Knowledge strategies using change management, to developing communities of practice as a mechanism to increase capability with organisations.

To facilitated the flow of knowledge I have created ecosystems, connected by hub and spoke knowledge portals that seamlessly integrate with internal knowledge systems and external knowledge systems.
