Mercedes has been with Sky UK for over 5 years. She previously worked for Nokia, The North West Regional Development Agency, Serco, The National Archives and the Metropolitan Police Service. She is an experienced project director who leads digital innovation and engagement projects that focus on bridging the gap between customers, internal stakeholders and complex technology. At Sky she leads an innovative team of communicators, product managers and digital (.Net) developers delivering Insight Platforms, discovery tools, an Insight Newsroom, Internal Communications and Analyst Knowledge Management. She is currently working on a major insight transformation programme as part of Sky’s migration to cloud technologies.
Fun fact:  Outside of work, Mercedes is a stained and fused glass artist with a small studio in East Anglia.
