Maksymilian is an economist, he graduated of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of corporate communication, marketing and management, as well as digital transformation, which he gained in listed companies, international corporations and consultancy. He participated in projects related to the creation and implementation of strategies in the field of marketing, external and internal communication, as well as digital transformation and building employee experience. He gained experience in JMC, Orbis / Accor, DTZ / Cushman & Wakefield, Leroy Merlin Polska / Adeo, and currently works for the Teknos Group, an innovative Finnish company in the chemical industry. He is the author of numerous publications and workshops on communication, marketing and new technologies.
