A liberal arts major at heart, Kimberly’s unique approach to internal communications stems from her unorthodox “corporate upbringing,” which remains heavily influenced by formal roles in strategy, project management and global operations—along with her passion for Lean Six Sigma, organizational psychology and the power of language.
