I'm passionate about helping organisations leverage digital technologies to unlock the potential of their employees and create an inspiring employee experience.

Using my internal communications, AI, and leadership expertise, I provide workshops and consultancy services on developing a successful hybrid communication strategy, measuring its effectiveness, driving change through transformational programs, and upskilling executives with the latest digital tools.

Additionally, I offer peer learning networks for internal communications professionals.

My mission is to empower organisations to embrace digital transformation and help employees see the potential in digital technologies.

To be more specific, I help organisations with the following:

- Consultancy within internal and change communications

- Development of internal digital communication strategies, including selection and implementation of Intranets

- Workshops and speeches about Generative AI and its impact on internal communications, the leadership role and the organisation in general

- LinkedIn workshops and coaching for executives

I also facilitate networks focusing in Employee Experience, Generative AI and Internal Communication. My peer-learning networks are situated in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Stuttgart and Hamburg.
