Companies are schools of fish. In the long run, a healthy company moves as a unit with power directed forward.
The challenge is that schools of fish disperse easily when something outside disturbs them, which reduces speed and means that there is less money to swim in.
In all my work, I work to bring employees together digitally. Create simple main roads that make sidings unattractive.
Believe in: Help for self-help. Measurability. Work small, think big. And most importantly - see the profit in the employee on a personal level.
