As a strategy consultant for Wells Fargo’s enterprise Innovation Group, Darius Miranda works with business partners to channel their entrepreneurial spirit. He collaborates with business leaders to explore future use cases, designs and tests prototypes with the R&D team, as well as researches emerging technology and customer experience trends.
Before joining the Innovation Group in 2015, Darius was responsible for Commercial Banking’s portal content strategy, and launched the banking industry’s first B2B customer blog in 2006. Most recently he led social strategy and activation for integrated marketing campaigns as a part of the Enterprise Social Media team.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2005, Darius worked at a financial services company in Los Angeles managing several teams, including a customer and broker call center. He earned a B.A. in classical studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. He currently lives in San Francisco.
