I am a strategic communicator with extensive experience in the tech industry, but also with a background in retail. I am passionate about creating culture through internal communications. I see it as a privilege that we, as internal communicators, have the ability to influence our colleagues’ job satisfaction, motivation and commitment. This is a privilege that comes with a great responsibility.

In GlobalConnect, Internal communications has recently moved into the CEO office to be event closer to the top management - a strong indication that this area is prioritized very highly. This is also evident in how I and my team are able to impact the agenda for employees at GlobalConnect. I’m especially driven by enabling culture and engagement among my colleagues. I’m happy to be in a company, where the top management listens and acts based on the recommendations from internal communications as this gives us a unique position to make an impact on our culture.
