Every day I bring to work my experience in communication, leadership and change management to empower my team to shape innovative communication solutions – while developing themselves and “enjoying the ride”!

Proud to support a united Europe and serve almost 350 million citizens, I have contributed to the European Central Bank’s communications in the last 12 years. I have enjoyed advising stakeholders at all levels, developing communication campaigns for external audiences as well as employees, handling media relations, creating digital content, writing stories and speeches, and delivering large events.

I have also enjoyed interviewing several experts and leaders and facilitating plenty of workshops and discussions. I love to spark an inclusive conversation and help a group to shape ideas and solve problems using various techniques, including design thinking.

And, in my current role, I have enjoyed even more creating from the ground up a new internal communication team focusing on organisational projects and services. From communication strategy and content to workshops, training and coaching, my team promotes business transformation and employee engagement with a positive mindset. Seeing the team keep up their creativity and always improve our services is what makes my day at work.

A literature graduate turned into central bank communicator, I put my passion for culture at the service of the Frankfurt community by contributing to the non-profit association Italia Altrove Francoforte as moderator of events with renown Italian writers. A great way of discovering inspiring people and stories.
