I believe that communications should always be strongly linked to business needs. This can for example be the need for a more engaged workforce to achieve better results and retention. I’ve approached this by promoting a more interactive, bolder and open communications culture.
In my work, I aim at keeping the employee at the centre. This translates into clear change communications, news that place teams before leaders, and fresh approaches to attract interest in complex topics. Writing is something that comes naturally for me. I’m a firm believer in clear and concise language. I’m really excited about Lean and see many possibilities on how to bring its benefits also to the office environment.
As for my working style, I’m organised and a self-starter. I can quickly grasp the big picture, but am not afraid of getting my hands dirty. I thrive in busy work environments and truly enjoy working as part of a team. As a colleague, I’m easily approachable, reliable and always happy to help out. Owing to several years of working and studying in English-speaking environments, my English is at near-native level. I’m also accustomed to working with people from various cultural backgrounds.
